David L. Duff

Attorney David L. Duff is the founding, principal attorney at The Duff Law Firm in Fairfax, Virginia.

David L. Duff has practiced law solely as a civil trial attorney in Northern Virginia since 1976. He represents clients in matters including divorce and separation, custody and visitation, child support and spousal support, division of marital property/equitable distribution and appeals, as well as personal injury, auto accidents, and legal malpractice.

His aggressive dedication to honesty, thorough preparation and respectful professionalism leads The Duff Law Firm’s commitment to competitive results.

His practice is inspired by the fair leadership and devoted service of his father, the Honorable Charles H. Duff, who was a circuit court judge in Arlington County for thirteen years, before becoming a member of the original Virginia Court of Appeals.

David Duff has presented over 200 jury cases in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
